| Do you provide a service for planned maintenance? |
| As well as dealing with
emergencies, ReactFast also offers service and maintenance
contract agreements (boilers, drains etc), landlord CP 12 certificates/surveys,
or any other related works, including larger projects such
as full installations. |
| How long does it take to set the account up? |
| Subject to credit checks, we aim to complete account applications within 48hours. |
| I'm a new start up company - can you help? |
| Yes! We will consider all situations and judge each company on its own merits. |
| Can our customers/tenants book with you direct? |
| Yes! All you will need to do is provide them with the dedicated phone number and your commercial account number. |
| Can I determine authorisation levels? |
| We fully appreciate that businesses need to keep on top of costs, especially where unexpected maintenance is concerned. Therefore we have processes set in place that enable you to be kept informed at all times. |
| If I would require a more bespoke service, can you help? |
Yes. Call a member of our Commercial Account Team to discuss your needs, and we will try our utmost to find a solution that will satisfy your business requirements. |
| Am I required to pay on completion of every job? |
| No, we offer a 30 day credit account. |
I need to book a number of Landlord Gas Safety Certificates,
do I need to call and book them individually? |
| No. In this situation our processes enable you to send a list of the properties and details to your account manager and we will arrange the bookings for you. |
| How long does it take for your engineer to arrive on site? |
| Our target response time is within 2 hours of your booking. |
| Can I obtain copies of your H&S policy? |
| Yes, these are available upon request. |
| Can I obtain copies of your Insurance and Corgi Registration? |
| Yes, these are available upon request. |
