Due to unprecedented demand we are looking to secure the services of the following tradesmen plumbers, heating engineers, drainage engineers, locksmiths, electricians, boarders and glaziers on a sub contract basis, where we receive over 2million calls annually.

Our top sub-contractors regularly earn between £600 and £800 a week, with some high flyers taking home over a £1000 per week.

What we require

  • Flexible attitude to working times

  • Genuine maintenance experience

  • CORGI registration and relevant ACS qualifications (for gas work)

  • Experience in dealing with the general public

  • Public liability insurance - £1m (£2m gas & plumbing)

  • Own tools and transport

  • Two contactable referees

  • One proof of address (utility bill, etc)

  • Full agreement to our terms and conditions

  • 2 Passport photos

  • UTR number (Tax)

  • Bank details

  • Signed Trades Description Act 1968
