Having used ReactFast three times now, we were very impressed by the standards of service from beginning to end. The service we used was the plumbing section and the trouble was a very difficult leaking bathroom sink. Over the call outs, three different parts of the sinks plumbing leaked, causing mayhem at our end. Simon the plumber was excellent on all occasions, prompt, efficient and informative as to what he was doing and why. I would therefore like to thank him and ReactFast and fingers crossed we won't need to call again!!!!

We would like to make a favourable comment on the work carried out most proficiently yesterday at our home. We asked for a call at 11am, someone came by 12.30pm and had the task completed by 1.30pm.

Though he had to use part of a new lock to repair the old one, he solved the problem efficiently. We would like to commend him for his politeness, cleanliness, and competence. He did what he had to do then moved on. Afterwards we thought that his work deserves a thank-you and commendation.

I would like to express my appreciation of the combined efforts of your staff in resolving the problems with my central heating system. Special mention must be made of Dave Taylor whose commitment and professionalism immediately created confidence in the ultimate result.

I felt I needed to write to you to explain how impressed I am with your company. I have used you on two occasions recently, and am extremely happy with both men that carried out the jobs for me. A couple of weeks ago I had problems with some plumbing coming from the bathroom upstairs which, Pete came and fixed. Unfortunately I don’t know his surname, but he was very efficient and knew his job inside and out and was a very genuine person.

The night before last I called your firm again to ask for a carpenter to build me a door to make a cupboard under the stairs. Within ½ hour of me calling, Mark came to give me a quote and has been over today to carry out the job. He has done a fantastic job and I’m very happy. I ticked all the boxes as excellent, as I feel no one else would have given me the service he did. His attitude and knowledge of his work is of the highest standard and I will definitely be recommending React-Fast to all my friends and family.

The whole service from beginning to end has been excellent and I am a very satisfied customer!

We would also like to mention the quality of work carried out by your engineer (Dave). He has been polite, well presented, courteous and his standard of work is excellent. He ensured he had everything that he needed and has today completed the work and left our hallway tidy and clean. He kept us informed when there was a slight delay during the work due to circumstances beyond his control. He also consulted with us on the details of the replacement door and we are happy with the products he has supplied and professionally installed.

On Friday 11th February 2005 I called ReactFast to arrange for an engineer to visit my 91 year old mother’s house in Blackpool to attend to a gas leak.

The service I received from your company from the moment of my first telephone conversation to the completion of the job was excellent and I felt that I should write to tell you so.

Your engineer James, was very professional and thorough and was also patient and understanding when dealing with my mother who is deaf. When he left her property she felt secure in the knowledge that a good job had been done and her house was safe.

Following our telephone call last Saturday you sent a plumbing engineer to our house. He arrived just before 2pm and left before 3pm. I am writing to express our complete and surprised customer satisfaction. One hears so many adverse comments about plumbers and builders in the media and we were rather worried about using your Company as we had no prior knowledge of you.

I cannot tell you how relieved we were to have our heating and hot water problems not only remedied but now working better than ever before.
