Very good service friendly engineer

I was very impressed by the dedication of Ray, the plumbing engineer who carefully explained how and when he would complete the repair to my boiler. He even returned late in the evening after a long day undertaking other jobs across West Yorkshire to ensure that I had my heating restored as soon as possible. I was also very impressed with the way that I was kept informed by both the office and Ray throughout the day.

The service was exemplary. The engineer's arrival was delayed because of the snow but I was kept informed of progress and he was very good when he arrived

Despite the very cold weather, our engineer arrived the same day, and diagnosed the fault, taking the initiative to twice call for advice. It was a difficult job which he performed with care and patience until late in the evening. I am so grateful. Your engineer should be highly commended.

Very fast to come out. In fact, the engineer phoned the night we booked him to see if we wanted him to come over immediately. As it wasn't an emergency it wasn't necessary but it was nice to be asked. The engineer was very efficient and I would certainly use him and the company again.
