Terms and Conditions
1.
This prize draw is operated by 001 ReactFast Solutions Ltd, Unit 113 Jubilee Centre, 130 Pershore Street, Birmingham, B5 6ND.
  
2.
By completing the online survey the customer will be entering the details to win back the cost of their job up to the value of £200.00 including VAT.
  
3.
All participants must be UK residents at the time of entry and must be over 18 years of age.
  
4.

Only persons eligible to enter the prize draw are those who have paid for the work and have a valid job booking reference number.

 
5.

Only one entry per job number is permitted.

6.

All entries must be completed online.
7.

All entries must be entered within one calendar month of completion of the job.
8.

The prize draw is not open to ReactFast employees, their families, commercial account holders, Home Assist claims, suppliers, or any subsidiaries of 001 ReactFast Solutions Ltd.

  
9.

Winners will be picked at random on the 14th and 28th of every calendar month and the promoter’s decision will be final from entries received since the previous draw.

  
10.

Payment will be made by cheque within 28 days of each draw and made payable to the person who paid for the ReactFast job.

  
11.

Winners will be notified by email or post within ten days of each draw.

  
12.

The promoters reserve the right to use winner’s names in any related publicity.  Winners names and locality will be featured on the ReactFast website.

  
13.

The list of any winners in any given month can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Customer Relations Department, Unit 207 Jubilee Centre, 130 Pershore Street, Birmingham, B5 6ND. 

 
14.

001 ReactFast Solutions Ltd reserve all rights to cancel, extend the period of participation or alter in anyway whatsoever  the terms and conditions of this promotion.

  
15.

By submitting the survey online, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the draw.
